Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Kanpur. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing balance sheets, handling tax compliance, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves reconciling invoices, managing budgets, and ensuring financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in financial record management, budgeting, and accounting principles
  • Experience with tax compliance, preparation of financial reports, and balance sheet creation
  • Familiarity with accounting software, ledger management, and bookkeeping processes
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant accounting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and laws is a plus
