Job Description
We are looking for a detail-orientedAccounts & Billing Executiveto manage billing, documentation, and inventory records for our roofing manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tax invoices, generating e-way bills, maintaining inventory data, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping usingTally ERP 9. Familiarity withZoho Booksor other Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issuetax invoices, e-way bills, and other billing documentsaccurately and on time.
- Generatedelivery challansfor goods dispatched across India.
- Maintain and updateinventory recordsusingTally ERP 9.
- Record and maintainfinancial transactionsin accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with thesales, logistics, and dispatch teamsto ensure accurate billing and shipment documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock movements in the system.
- Ensure all invoices and documentation comply withGST regulationsand company procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist the accounts team withbasic bookkeeping and reconciliation taskswhen required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience withTally ERP 9for billing and inventory management.
- Good understanding ofGST billing, e-way bills, and delivery documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge ofZoho Booksor other Zoho applications.
- Experience inmanufacturing, logistics, or building materials industry.
- Familiarity withinventory tracking and dispatch documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inCommerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
- Additional certification in accounting software will be an advantage.
