About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant – Accounts & Taxation to independently manage the day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, GST and taxation requirements of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping and accounting
• GST preparation, filing and compliance
• TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances
• Bank reconciliation and ledger management
• Accounts payable/receivable and payment tracking
• Financial documentation and reporting
• Coordination with our external CA firm for audit and statutory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• CA qualification is not mandatory
• Prior experience in a consultancy/professional services firm is preferred

Compensation: 4.0–4.4 LPA

Location: Guwahati
