Accountant

Bookkeeping & General Accounting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, general ledgers, and other financial records in compliance with accounting standards.

Reconciliation

• Prepare and verify bank reconciliation statements, vendor and supplier reconciliations, and inter-company account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Compliance Management

• Handle statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings. Ensure timely submission and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor invoices, monitor and manage outstanding receivables, and ensure timely vendor and supplier payments.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of management information system (MIS) reports, trial balances, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

Audit Support

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Prepare audit schedules and ensure accuracy and completeness of audit documentation.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in existing accounting processes and suggest automation or other improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
