We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Accountant / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
maintaining accurate financial records, handling payables and receivables, processing payroll, and supporting financial reporting and budgeting activities.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST
Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and track expenses efficiently.
- Prepare and process payroll, including all related financial calculations (ADP experience preferred).
- Monitor and maintain internal tracking of expenses, budgets, and project-related costs.
- Generate basic financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
- Assist with additional reporting, financial analysis, and other accounting-related tasks as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Prior experience in accounting, financial management, or similar roles (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and payroll systems (ADP preferred).
- Experience working with the U.S. market and/or construction industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
