Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Indore. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements. Typical responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role also involves preparing tax-related documentation, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with operations and management teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and cost control.

• Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit support activities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and management.
• Relevant educational background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role; experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.
