We manage high-value international fee transfers, airline cadet program payments, forex transactions, vendor payouts, and structured student billing systems.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and transaction oversight across domestic and international operations.

This is not just data entry.

This role requires ownership, accuracy, and strong financial control mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally )

Manage receivables and payable cycles

Track student fee collections

Reconcile forex transactions and international remittances

Vendor payment coordination and expense verification

GST filings and statutory compliance

TDS, PF, ESIC compliance

Prepare MIS reports for management

Coordinate with CA for audits and financial statements

Ensure documentation discipline across all financial transactions

Monitor cash flow planning and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years of accounting experience

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, compliance, and statutory filings

Experience handling high-value transactions preferred

Comfortable managing international remittances / forex accounting (bonus)

Highly detail-oriented

Structured thinker with process discipline

Able to work in a fast-growth environment

Strong integrity and financial ethics
