We are seeking a skilled Accountant with 2-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the auditing process and provide necessary documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations in India.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
