Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Accountant for our jewellery manufacturing and selling company based in Vesu, Surat. The candidate should be capable of handling complete day-to-day accounting activities independently and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations

Enter and maintain purchase & sales entries

Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation

Prepare and file GST returns and manage GST compliance

Handle TDS & TCS calculations, deductions, and filings

Assist in balance sheet finalization and year-end closing

Maintain accurate books of accounts

Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Accountant

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS

Experience in balance sheet finalization

Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel

Jewellery industry experience preferred

High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Candidate

Experience in jewellery manufacturing or trading

Ability to work independently

Strong organizational and time management skills
