Accounts Finalization: Drive month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
SAP Operations: Process entries and extract financial reports using SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting). Reconcile GR/IR, intercompany balances, and bank statements in the ERP.
Compliance & Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure tax submissions and corporate regulations are met. [1, 2]
Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis against budgets, and evaluate cost-control initiatives.

We provide HR services such as Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction, Confirmation, Exit Process, Policy Making / Policy Adherence, Documentation, Attendance and Payroll, Training and Employee Engagement in bulk and or some selective services as per the requirement. Our business model currently focuses more on Small/ Private companies with up to 90-100 employees for All services requirement. However, individual services can be availed without such restriction of number of employees.
