We are looking for a Finance & Operations Executive who will support management through daily MIS reporting, operational coordination, and finance tracking for property management companies.
Key Responsibilities
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily MIS reports and operational dashboards
Track client billing, collections, and expense data
Maintain Excel-based reporting systems
Provide data insights for management decision-making
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for documentation
Maintain structured client records and operational trackers
Assist in managing internal workflows and task tracking
Finance Tracking
Track invoices, expenses, and payment approvals
Maintain financial data records for management review
Support the accounts team with financial reporting inputs
⚠️ Note: Core accounting and Tally bookkeeping are handled by the CA team.
Preferred Profile
B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
0–3 years experience in MIS, operations, or finance support
Location:Navi Mumbai (Candidates from Navi Mumbai preferred) Ctc 3.5 To 4.5 Lakhs
