Accountant/ Bookkeeping Executive

About Us

Svanitya Consultancy Pvt Ltd operates multiple business units across creative services, branding, digital marketing, consulting, and allied business operations.

We are currently looking for an Accountant / Bookkeeping Executive who can help streamline and manage the financial operations across all our business verticals. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, process-driven, and comfortable handling both domestic and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities across multiple business units
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, and purchase entries
  • Maintain proper documentation and transaction records
  • Reconcile bank statements and payment gateways regularly
  • Handle GST-related data preparation and coordination with CA
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up where required
  • Manage international transactions, foreign remittances, and payment reconciliations
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters
  • Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
  • Help improve and organize existing bookkeeping systems and workflows

Requirement

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes
  • Experience handling international transactions and foreign currency payments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple business entities/processes simultaneously
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Good to have

  • Experience working with agencies, service businesses, or multi-brand organizations
  • Understanding of payment platforms and international invoicing workflows
  • Experience coordinating with CAs and auditors
  • Process improvement mindset
