Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Raigarh. The Accountant will manage financial records, prepare accurate financial statements, and handle tax compliance tasks. Daily responsibilities include budget preparation, processing and reconciling transactions, analyzing financial data, and generating reports. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting principles, Bookkeeping, and Budget Management
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Auditing
- Experience with Accounting Software and proficiency in MS Excel
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing, mining, or steel industry is an advantage
