Hiring: OTC Analyst / OTC Quality Analyst

We are looking for professionals with experience in Order to Cash (OTC) operations who are interested in building their careers in either core OTC operations or the Quality function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OTC (Order to Cash) activities including Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, Cash Application, Collections, and Dispute Resolution.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, process guidelines, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve process efficiency.

• Perform transaction reviews, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• For Quality roles, conduct audits, provide feedback to operations teams, perform root cause analysis, and prepare quality reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any Commerce discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) operations.

• Good understanding of OTC Accounts Receivable processes such as Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, and Dispute Management.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Candidates with OTC experience who are interested in transitioning to a Quality Analyst role are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems will be an advantage.
