We are hiring Finance & Accounting professionals for Accountant roles in RTR, PTP, and OTC processes for Pune location. Candidates must have hands-on experience in SAP and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

• Finance Graduate mandatory (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)
• Relevant experience in RTR / PTP / OTC operations
• Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory
• Good communication and analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:

RTR (Record to Report)

• Journal entries & month-end closing
• General ledger reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Fixed assets accounting
• Financial reporting
• Intercompany accounting
• Accruals & balance sheet reconciliation

PTP (Procure to Pay)

• Invoice processing & verification
• Vendor management
• Purchase order matching
• Payment processing
• GRN & invoice reconciliation
• Handling AP queries
• SAP invoice posting

OTC (Order to Cash)

• Sales order processing
• Billing & invoicing
• Cash application
• Collections & dispute resolution
• Customer account reconciliation
• Credit management
• Order management in SAP

Mandatory Skills:

• SAP experience (mandatory)
• ERP exposure in Finance & Accounting
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL processes
• MS Excel proficiency
• Good stakeholder management
