Job Description – Accountant (2–3 Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate must have strong expertise in Tally, proficiency in banking and online financial processes, and solid working knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of TDS and GST compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Tally accounts including ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
• Handle bank-related activities such as payments, deposits, reconciliations, and online transactions.
• Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and audit-ready documentation.
• Record and reconcile TDS deductions and payments, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage GST entries, returns filing, and reconciliation.
• Support payroll entries, vendor invoices, and compliance filings.
• Use Excel for MIS reports, data analysis, and financial tracking.
• Collaborate with auditors and management for accurate reporting and compliance.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Tally ERP/Prime – full accounting knowledge (mandatory).
• Experience in online transactions and banking operations.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• Working knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.
• Good communication and documentation ability.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with other compliance processes (PF, ESI, etc.) is an added advantage.
