Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Indore. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The scope of work includes preparing financial reports, assisting in tax filing, reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, and handling other finance-related tasks to support the organization's financial health and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial principles, general ledger management, and basic accounting practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, as well as expertise in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Internship experience or knowledge of the basics of taxation and auditing is a plus
