Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant, based in Lucknow with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, prepare financial statements, perform account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include assisting in audits, analyzing financial records, preparing reports for management, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in tax preparation, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Practical skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
• Experience with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, ZOHO, or related platforms
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Professional accounting certifications such as CS, CMA, or CA are a plus
