Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accountant/Recruiter to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As an Accountant/Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to handle both accounting and recruitment responsibilities. This role is full-time and requires 1 to 2 years of experience. The job location is Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing,Taxation and financial reporting
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Collaborate with the finance team to perform financial analysis and improve accounting processes
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
