Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Manesar. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and recording of all financial transactions. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role also involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, meet reporting deadlines, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance function.

- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and basic cost control.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, or similar) and MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of applicable tax laws, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance relevant to corporate accounting.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential financial information responsibly.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
