This is a full-time on-site Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting, maintaining financial records, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Key day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, updating and maintaining financial data, and identifying potential cost savings or revenue opportunities.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of auditing practices and tax compliance
• Experience with expense management, budget planning, and cost control
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools
• Critical thinking and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial management preferred
