Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at our manufacturing facility in Rajkot. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting daily operations related to CPP film production, quality, and customer service, working closely with cross-functional teams such as production, quality assurance, and sales. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with the plant team on schedules and priorities, monitoring process documentation, and assisting in resolving operational or quality issues. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Depending on experience, the Job Title may also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to support day-to-day plant and office operations.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes; experience in plastics, packaging, or film production is an advantage.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for working with production, quality, logistics, and sales teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Prior experience in packaging, films, or related manufacturing sectors is desirable but not mandatory for capable learners.
