Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Tiruppur Taluka. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording entries, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, supporting chit fund accounting, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements. The role involves handling invoices, receipts, and payments, assisting with budgeting and reporting, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Accountant will also support periodic audits and contribute to improving financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel) for data entry and analysis.
• Ability to manage reconciliations, invoicing, and cash flow tracking with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of finance sector practices; experience with chit funds or financial services is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks accurately.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with colleagues and customers.
• Capability to work on-site full time in Tiruppur Taluka and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
