Role Description

The Accountant role at Organix Mantra requires managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining financial records, and performing reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, where you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient financial processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, preparing budgets, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance standards
• Experience with accounting software and tools
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams
• Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is beneficial
