We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in accounting and will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and account analysis.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
