Nucleo is building technology for private-market investing. Its platform helps investors, family offices, funds, and other organisations manage investment records, compliance workflows, portfolio information, and reporting.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Accountant to manage Nucleo's internal accounting and finance operations. You'll help keep financial records accurate, payments and collections on track, and routine reporting and filings organised.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books and organise supporting financial documents.
• Process vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, reimbursements, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, payment records, and ledger accounts; follow up on discrepancies.
• Prepare routine expense, cash flow, and management reports.
• Coordinate GST, TDS, and other applicable tax filings with external accountants or advisors.
• Maintain records and provide documents for audits and internal reviews.
• Help improve finance workflows and record-keeping as the company grows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, invoices, bank reconciliations, GST, and TDS.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
