Location: Lal Kothi, Jaipur (On-site)

Schedule: 2 Days/Week | 4 Hours/Day

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately
• Handle payments, receipts, invoices, and expense tracking
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding items
• Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
• Assist with preparing reports and maintaining documentation

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Good communication and follow-up skills
