What You'll Do

Responsible for all financial and accounting activities in the region. Drives the timely completion of monthly and year-end general ledger close in accordance with N-able timelines, policies, and US GAAP. Ensures adherence to all established SOX compliance, taxation, and other policies, rules, regulations, and agreements. Ensures all department processes and procedures are appropriately documented and updated as necessary

  • Assist in maintaining documented policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and US and local GAAP reporting.
  • Supervise quarterly and annual local statutory and tax compliance reporting (audit, tax, TDS, service tax).
  • Prepare and manage VAT/VIES/Intrastat/GST returns and submit local income tax return data to relevant accounting firms for submission to tax authorities.
  • May conduct international treasury transactions including funding banks and foreign exchange transactions in conjunction with the US-based treasury team as required.
  • Prepare cash flow/forecast reports as required
  • Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end journal entries and schedules.
  • Perform local fixed asset duties such as a physical inventory of fixed assets as required
  • Prepare month-end intercompany reconciliations between assigned and related entities in the group, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
  • Ensure all statutory returns are prepared and submitted as required. Liaise directly with external 3rd party service providers to complete accounting/tax returns
  • Daily engagement with International finance team members and AP specialists in overseas locations
  • Engaging with all operational functions (Facilities, HR, R&D, Marketing etc.) to resolve issues around spend request approvals, PO and invoicing issues as they arise.
  • Manage and answer vendor queries in an organized and prompt manner

What You'll Bring


  • 3-5 years related accounting experience; international experience with US multinational preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance
  • Knowledge and experience of Sarbanes Oxley, US and local GAAP
  • Familiarity with international laws and country-specific compliance knowledge is desirable
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent time management and planning skills so that work is prioritized and strict deadlines met even when faced with outside distractions
  • Team player with strong analytical, finance and accounting skills
  • Commercially oriented with good communication skills
  • Confident navigating situations with exposure to confidential and sensitive information requiring discretion and good judgment
  • Self-starter with strong ownership of work and creative energy
