Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ensure accurate recording of transactions, and maintain general ledgers in line with accounting standards. Responsibilities include preparing monthly MIS and financial reports, supporting cash flow tracking, assisting with working capital analysis, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners for compliance, audits, and statutory filings, as well as supporting the finance team in improving processes and controls. The Accountant will contribute to timely, clear financial insights that help clients make informed business decisions.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting).
• Knowledge of GST laws and return filing.
• Knowledge of TDS deduction, compliance, and return filing.
• Experience in bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Budget for Annual CTC ranges from 3 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs depending on the experience and skills of the candidate.
