Accountant

Job Overview:

Mits Solution is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and support the finance function. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Busy and Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Record daily accounting transactions, vouchers, and entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and other finance-related tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with Busy and Tally accounting software
• Basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
