Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accountant role based in Kozhikode. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Other duties include overseeing budgets, managing invoices, processing payroll, monitoring expenses, and supporting financial audits. The Accountant will be expected to collaborate with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Should be within 8KM radius from the shop
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial analysis, and reconciliation processes
• Experience with processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Familiarity with tax regulations, audit procedures, and compliance
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
