Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation (GST, TDS, etc.), and audit processes
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
Eligibility Criteria -
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with minimum 55% marks
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in educational institutions/universities will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
