Job Summary

Mark Ortho Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in regular reporting and closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP

- Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices, bills, receipts, and payments

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records

- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

- Prepare and manage GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance

- Handle TDS-related accounting and compliance activities

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

- Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits

- Assist in statutory and internal audit requirements

- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial transactions

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related matters

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a relevant field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting

- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory

- Good knowledge of GST and TDS

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who is practical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling end-to-end accounting activities. Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, or similar industry will be an added advantage.
