Designation: MBA/M.Com Finance

Experience: 4-6 years

Location: Pune (Marketyard)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.       Bank reconciliation, Refunds - Ensure operational activities remain on time.

2.    Banking knowledge for availing credit and equity.

3.       Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts towards Internal Audit related resolution.

4.       Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

5.       Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

6.       Internal Control over financial reporting – ICFR.

7.       Maintaining Banking relationships.

8.       Excellent organizational and leadership ability.

9.       Good communication and negotiation skills.

11.   Problem-solving aptitude.

12.   The candidate must be experienced in handling GST and income tax matters.

13.   Candidate should be able to handle issue of tax in tax department includes preparation of Written submission, appeal matter, search matter, ITAT matter, opinion on taxation issue etc.

14.   Good communication skills and drafting of mail are a must.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.       Qualified Post-graduate with Minimum 4-6 Years of post Qualification experience into Indian Accounts & Finance.

2.       Preparation of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss statements.

3.       Financial Reporting.

4.       Finalisation of Accounts.

5.       Financial Planning & Analysis.

6.       Core Indian Accounting Mandatory.

7.       Day Shift job.

8.       Permanent role

We need a full-time candidate and will be required to work in office, and he shouldn't have any other side jobs of any kind along with our work.
