Lex Protector is a prestigious international law firm specialising in Trademark and Patent law. We are a recognized startup with a global presence, boasting over 20 employees across 8 offices worldwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Accountant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements. He/she is required to assist firm in managing day to day transactions, conducting accounting audits and providing some assistance in HR management.

Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Maintaining organized and comprehensive financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Invoices: Generate, review, and process invoices promptly, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements.
- Daily Accounting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and other financial activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Quarterly Projections: Prepare and present quarterly financial projections, highlighting potential risks and opportunities to the management.
- Cost Accounting: Analyze and control costs across the organization, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency.
- Foreign Outwards and Inward Remittance with Bank: Manage international financial transactions, ensuring compliance with foreign exchange regulations and timely execution of remittances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- MBA Finance Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
CTC:
1.8 Lakh to 2.4 Lakh per annum
