Role Description The Accountant at KRAM TV will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and maintenance of accurate financial records. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and cash accounts, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, as well as coordinating with auditors and other stakeholders for periodic reviews. The Accountant will collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights, track project expenses, and support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and receivable processing, expense tracking, and cash flow management.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and ERP tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of applicable tax laws, regulatory compliance, and internal control practices.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bacholor degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in media, broadcasting, or fast-paced startups is beneficial, along with the ability to work on-site in Noida in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
