Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Accountant for a full-time, on-site role based in Baramati. The Accountant will oversee and maintain financial records, prepare and analyze budgets, handle tax-related matters, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, tracking expenses, and assisting in financial decision-making by providing critical insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to maintain optimal financial practices and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, financial regulations, and audit preparation.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are a plus.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold-chain operations is advantageous.
