The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate accounts. The Accountant will play a crucial role in the financial health of our organization by overseeing various accounting functions and providing insights into financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, preparing necessary documentation and filings. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial analysis to support decision-making. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. - Maintain and update accounting software, ensuring data integrity and security. Required Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
