Responsible for Accounts Payable, reconciliations, payments for employees and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Responsible for the invoice processing, employee claims processing in JD Edwards and Concur
- Payment processing in JD Edwards for ACH, Wire and Check
- Reconciliation of statements
- Vendor setup and master data management
- Support Audit during quarter and year ends
- Month end accrual and AP ageing report
- Intercompany reconciliation support
- Ad hoc projects assigned as required.
