Accountant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience in handling financial transactions, statutory compliance, and developer/vendor coordination.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and maintain customer ledgers, payment records, and reconciliations.
• Assist in filing GST & TDS returns while ensuring statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and customers for payments, collections, and documentation.
• Manage KYC, empanelment, invoices, receipts, and financial records.
• Track collections, payouts, and outstanding payments through CRM/portals.
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing, MIS reporting, and audits.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com/Finance graduate with 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, accounting principles, and taxation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in invoicing, reconciliations, vendor management, and payment follow-ups.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
