We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
