Role Overview

Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights—manage records, prepare reports, and support decision-making with precision and integrity. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Accountant to join our Accounts team in Thrissur. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with problem‑solving skills to provide clear financial insights and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance against projections.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Prepare management and stakeholder reports with clarity and accuracy.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.
Females only
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho) and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
