We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist the management with financial reporting.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/ERP accounting software.
• Record and maintain daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory returns.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper records of accounts payable and vendor transactions.
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursement accounting.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation and supporting bills for expenses.
• Maintain organised records of invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide the required financial information and documents.
• Support management with accurate and timely financial data, reports, and analysis for decision-making.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in accordance with applicable financial and statutory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA Finance candidates may also apply.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP software.
• Basic to good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting and reconciliations.
• Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
• Candidates who have experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment will be preferred.
