Mission:

Fime is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day financial operations across our Consult Hyperion entities in the UK and USA. You will work closely with the EMEA Finance Manager and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.

ACTIVITIES

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
  • Post payroll journals and assist with monthly payroll reporting
  • Assist in preparing weekly cash flow forecasts
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data
  • Carry out P&L and balance sheet variance analysis
  • Prepare and post accruals and prepayment as part of month-end close
  • Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers, including depreciation schedules
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial analysis and queries
  • Assist in external audits and the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Revenue recognition analysis
  • Support the preparation, review, and filing of VAT returns

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Previous experience in a multi-entity or international finance environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

Contract: Full Time

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
