Accountant

About the Role

Day-to-day accounting: accurate books, reconciliations, compliance support, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho (vouchers, ledgers, cost centers, project/property tagging).

Handle AP/AR accounting: invoice posting, credit notes, receipts, vendor bills, expense allocations.

Perform bank, cash, and key ledger reconciliations (bank, GST input/output, TDS, advances, loans, inter-company).

Ensure proper documentation: invoices, contracts, approvals, supporting for every entry.

Support GST/TDS processes by keeping books aligned and providing schedules/recons.

Execute month-end closing: accruals, prepaids, depreciation entries, provisions, schedules.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation workings (with CA where required).

Support statutory/tax audits with ledgers, schedules, confirmations, and explanations.

Requirements

Strong accounting fundamentals, Tally/Zoho proficiency, reconciliation discipline.

Compensation

Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹90,000
