Job DescriptionCandidate will be a valued team member of the Global Card Administration Team. The candidate will be responsible for the administrative oversite of the Visa Inc. Global Corporate and Purchasing Card Programs. The Global Card Programs Administrator will manage day-to-day functions related to the card programs, working with the team to provide superior customer service to the end users, while enforcing cardholder compliance with the Global Travel and Expense Policies.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications4 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Experience working directly with high volume Corporate Card and Purchasing card programs
Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface and communicate well with all leadership levels
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
Team player with a strong client service orientation
Proven ability to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment
Proficient in SAP Concur Expense, GIFS Oracle
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication ability
Able to multi-task, learn, problem-solve, prioritize, set and attain goals, hold others accountable and work independently
Experience leading others
Solid business management and handling of confidential information
Experience communicating in global environments
