Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Navsari. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing financial records. Experience with Zoho Books or any other accounting software/ERP will be preferred.
Location: Navsari, Gujarat (only)
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accounting Software Management:
- Manage accounting activities such as invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and financial reporting using accounting software.
- Experience with Zoho Books will be preferred; candidates with experience in Tally, Busy, SAP, or any other accounting software are also encouraged to apply.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain proper accounting records.
- Compliance & Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file GST returns and other tax-related documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, ITR, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting software; Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
