ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE

Job Opening: Accountant

Location:Barbil, Kendujhar District, Odisha

Reporting To: Managing Director

Salary: 15,000/month + 3,000 House Allowance

Gender: MALE ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance & Filing:

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of GST input and output.
• Handle GST audits and address queries from tax authorities.

Financial Management:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Taxation:

• Calculate and file TDS.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.

Auditing & Budgeting:

• Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Other Duties:

• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial insights to assist management in decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP.
• Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
