Role Description The Accountant Executive (Logistics) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will handle day-to-day accounting operations related to logistics, including recording and reconciling freight and transport expenses, managing vendor and client invoices, and ensuring accurate documentation of shipments and related financial transactions. Responsibilities include coordinating with logistics teams and suppliers, monitoring accounts payable and receivable specific to logistics activities, and preparing regular financial reports and summaries for management review. The role also involves maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements that enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency in the logistics function.
Qualifications

• Solid grounding in accounting principles and practices, with proven experience in logistics or supply chain accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP tools, along with strong skills in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Ability to manage invoices, reconciliations, and financial documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with logistics teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
