We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 45 years of experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and basic accounting practices. Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and billing entries
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, GST if applicable)
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Maintain financial records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and support during audits
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost tracking
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounts
Requirements
4 to 5 years of experience in accounting
Mandatory experience in Tally
Basic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) preferred
Experience in the construction field is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
